Help for Business Owners
$249 USD for the whole first 30 days. $149 USD for each following month if you choose to continue.
No additional $149 in the first month. No automatic charge. We usually work on one or two agreed priorities at a time. Buying one service does not start monthly help.
A made-up shop wants a clearer weekly order for ten regular products. The owner and CRL agree to this one task first.
What we would need
Recent unit sales, stock on hand, supplier lead times, order minimums and a spending limit the owner is comfortable with. Gaps must be resolved before quantities are proposed.
What we would prepare
A weekly stock sheet, draft order quantities, exceptions to check and a short instruction for the person placing the order. Nothing is purchased without approval.
How to use it
The owner checks the first draft against stock and cash, then approves or changes it. Staff use the sheet for the next weekly order and note shortages or supplier changes.
What we would check
Compare actual stockouts, unsold stock, cash spent and preparation time over the next orders. Adjust the rule only when the records support it. A month may be too short to establish a benefit.
Example owner involvement: about 30 minutes to share existing records, 20 minutes to review the first draft, then 10 minutes for each of three weekly checks — about 80 minutes in total. This is an assumption for this example, not a time promise. Missing records may need more work.
The first 30 days cost $249 in total. Another month is $149 only if you choose it. Larger record-rebuilding work or separate software needs a separate agreement. Paid work is not open yet.
