ONE-TIME HELP · NO CALL NEEDED

See cash shortages before bills are due.

See when money may run short and how much is missing. We highlight payments and purchases that need attention, then show how agreed options to delay or reduce them would change your balance. A 30-day calendar helps you keep track. Possible incoming payments stay separate from confirmed ones. You decide whether to change a purchase or obligation; moving a date in a plan does not change its real due date.

One business, up to two locations, one currency, 30 days and up to 100 incoming or outgoing payments. A payment split over three dates counts as three payments.

What your result could look like

These examples use made-up figures, not customer results.

The problem

The plan ends with money, but rent is due before a customer pays. Period: October 1–30, 2026. Starting cash: $200.

What the numbers show

On October 5, the plan is $100.00 short. It ends on October 30 with $100.00.

DateMoney in or outPlanned cash after
October 1Starting cash: $200$200
October 5Rent: −$300−$100
October 10Customer pays: +$200$100
October 30No other confirmed movements$100

Without action, the gap lasts October 5–9. A negative balance means the plan cannot fund the bill; it does not mean an overdraft is available. A possible $150 sale on October 18 is excluded. Even if it happens, it cannot pay an earlier bill.

What to do

Before October 5, agree one workable change and record the confirmation. These alternatives are calculated separately, with no new fees:

Alternative, if agreedLowest cashOctober 30 cash
Customer pays $200 on October 4$100.00$100.00
Rent moves to October 11$100.00$100.00
Pay $200 rent on October 5, $100 on October 11$0.00$100.00

Ask whether the customer can pay earlier or the landlord can accept a later or split payment. None is agreed in this example. If neither agrees, at least $100.00 must be available before rent is due; separately assess any funding costs and repayment. Changing a date in a spreadsheet does not change a real obligation.

How to check what happens

Check cleared bank funds before each payment. On October 6, compare actual cash and the rent status with the agreed plan; check the customer receipt again on October 10. Update the calendar when a date or amount changes. These are example check dates, not scheduled reminders.

Assumptions: One business, one currency, all accounts included; no other payments, fees or required cash reserve. Receipts must clear before money is spent. A daily balance cannot prove funds were available earlier that day. “Confirmed” does not guarantee an on-time receipt.

What to prepare

  • Money available at the start, the start date and which business accounts you are including.
  • Date, amount and reason for each incoming or outgoing payment. Mark which incoming payments are confirmed and which are only possible.
  • Include stock, wages, rent, taxes, loan repayments and money you take out. Mark transfers between your own accounts and records where no money moved.

The first check asks what records you have. Financial records are checked separately through an agreed protected channel.

When you get it and what you need to do

Planned: a checked decision within 24 hours. Time depends on complexity and starts after we confirm your order and check the records we need. We agree the final deadline before payment and send the result as soon as checks are complete. Your order will show the start, deadline and timezone.

This is a planned target while paid orders are closed. Help applying the decision and the later check happen afterwards. The target is for a checked decision, not a promise of higher profit within that time.

Plan for about 30–60 minutes of your time to gather records you already have, answer questions and check the result. Putting the changes in place may take more time, which we will agree with you. This is an estimate; it is not based on measured client times.

If records are missing, we tell you which work must wait and agree on a new date.

What the price includes

  • Check your records and list important gaps or differences.
  • Explain the decision, prepare the files you need and help you or your staff put the agreed changes into use.
  • Answer one set of questions you send within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • We check once, 7 calendar days after you start using the calendar, and no later than 14 days after delivery. If you have not started by then, we check what is holding things up. We compare the plan with payments that have actually happened.

Fixing a major error in our work does not use up your set of questions.

What is not included

  • Making payments, negotiating with suppliers or lenders, or finding a loan.
  • Rebuilding old bank records or promising that you will have enough money.

For a job beyond this scope, choose a smaller task or ask for a separate quote. We agree the work, price and deadline before you buy.

Fixes, cancellations and refunds — proposed terms

Contact hello@crlreports.com with your order reference and the file that has the problem. We will reply within 2 business days and send a plan to fix it within 3 business days. We aim to fix a major error within 5 business days, or by another date we agree with you.

If you cancel before the agreed work starts, we refund the full amount CRL received. If a major error by CRL makes the result unusable and we do not fix it by the agreed date, we refund the full price of that service. See your other options for cancellations and missing records in the proposed terms. Your legal rights still apply.
