CRL helps owners of one or two shops understand a problem, prepare a practical change, put it to use and check what happens.

Requests are open. Payment is not available yet. Tell us what you need help with. No account, files or service selection is needed. Vladislav, CRL’s founder and a retail shop owner, handles the conversation and reviews client material before it is sent.

First, check the starting numbers

We check that records cover the right business, dates and currency. We look for repeated rows, missing costs and totals that do not match. Money calculations use code with stated rounding rules. We keep the source and version of the records used.

If records are missing

We tell you exactly what is missing and which part of the work must wait. We do not replace an unknown cost with zero or make up a result. Before a paid job starts, we agree on the task, accepted records and delivery date.

Then, check the suggested decision

We check the numbers and the suggested action separately: what could go wrong, what other options you have and whether the change fits your limits. AI helps with analysis and drafts; Vladislav reviews the material before it goes to a client. An unresolved important error stops the affected work.

You choose what changes

You see the proposed change, expected cost, steps and limits before agreeing. Your permission applies to the exact version you see. We cannot change your prices, place orders, spend money or make other important changes without the required permission.

Help putting the decision into use

You receive practical files and clear steps. Where a working connection is available and you have approved the action, CRL can apply it. Otherwise, we help you or your staff apply it and ask for confirmation. Preparing a file is not the same as putting it into use.

Check what happened next

First, we check whether the agreed change was applied. At the included later check, we look at the figures available and what else changed in your business. A short trial or a few sales may not show whether the change helped. We say when there is not enough evidence. We do not promise higher profit.

If CRL makes an error

Email hello@crlreports.com with your order reference and a short description of the problem. Use the agreed protected channel for confidential files. We explain the correction and check the updated version. Fixing a major error by CRL does not use up your included set of questions. The proposed correction and refund terms state reply times and your options.

Your information

The free calculators run on your device. They do not send financial values to CRL, AI or visitor tracking. Saving or loading a calculator file happens on your device. A first-contact question is saved for CRL to read; it is not sent to an AI model. A specific service request also asks about the records you have.
