Extra work added automatically: None
Delivery: Planned: a checked decision within 24 hours. Time depends on complexity and starts after we confirm your order and check the records we need. We agree the final deadline before payment and send the result as soon as checks are complete.
Questions after delivery: One set of questions. Fixing a major error by CRL does not use this up.

We check once, 14 calendar days after you confirm you are using the agreed changes. If you have not confirmed this within 30 days of delivery, we check what is holding things up. Calculating a new month in full is a separate task.

We agree the final deadline and the later check before you pay. If the task goes beyond the listed scope, we agree the work, price and deadline before you buy.
