Delivery: Planned: a checked decision within 4 hours. Time depends on complexity and starts after we confirm your order and check the records we need. We agree the final deadline before payment and send the result as soon as checks are complete.
Questions after delivery: One set of questions. Fixing a major error by CRL does not use this up.

We check once, 14 calendar days after you confirm the changes are in use. If you have not confirmed this within 30 days of receiving the files, we check what is holding things up instead. We say when there are too few sales to judge the result.

We agree the final deadline and the later check before you pay. If the task goes beyond the listed scope, we agree the work, price and deadline before you buy.
