HELP WITH YOUR BUSINESS

Everything stops when I'm not there.

Give staff clear steps, decision limits and a simple way to check the work.

What we can work out

  • What should I change in how I manage the business and spend my own time?
  • How many staff do I need? How should I set pay, bonuses and targets?
  • What can I hand over or automate so the business needs less of my time?
  • Am I too dependent on one employee, customer or supplier?

What you could change

Choose one task to hand over, prepare its instructions and agree when staff should ask you for help.

Records to start with

Staff duties, working hours, pay, common mistakes and the tasks that keep bringing you back in.

We check what is available, explain gaps and agree the first task. Missing figures are never replaced with guesses.

A wider task, agreed before you pay

We start with one task and agree the information needed, what you will receive, the price and the deadline.

Delivery checklist for shop staff

A sample instruction for routine stock deliveries. The owner checks it against supplier agreements and walks through the first delivery with staff.

For every delivery

  1. Match. Check the delivery against the approved purchase order.
  2. Count and inspect. Check quantities, item details and damage before putting anything on sale.
  3. Record. If everything matches, log the items received, date and your initials, then put them in the assigned place.
  4. Hand over. Leave a short note of received items and anything still unresolved at the end of the shift.

Check the next five deliveries

Track counting errors, missing records, unresolved differences and how often the owner is interrupted. Clarify any confusing step before extending the task. Fewer questions alone does not show better work.

For the whole problem: ongoing help

$249 USD for the whole first 30 days. Then $149 USD only if you choose another month. No automatic charge or extra $149 in the first month.

Usually one or two agreed priorities at a time: check the records, prepare a change, help apply it, then look at what happened. We agree the first task, your part and the deadline before payment.

Rebuilding extensive records, creating software or adding work needs a separate agreement. We choose priorities together; one month may not cover the whole problem.
